The first of our 2011 meetings, the Philadelphia Summit returns to the Renaissance Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport. The close proximity to the airport removes the need to rent a car. This Four-Star hotel has outstanding conference facilities, a free shuttle to and from the airport, free parking and fitness center that is open 24 hours per day. For Tech Summit attendees, we have negotiated free in-room Internet access and a discounted rate of $119 per night.

A continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are included in the cost of your registration. Downtown Philly is only a 20-minute cab ride away.

February will bring us to the Silicon Valley and San Jose, California. The San Jose Doubletree Hotel will host our third and final Tech Summit. The Doubletree is within walking distance of a number of dining options. They provide free shuttle service to and from the San Jose airport and 24-hour access to their Reebok fitness center. We have negotiated a nightly rate of $113.00. Attendees also receive discounted parking and free in-room Internet access.

Both San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean are within a 45-minute drive and there is some terrific on and off-road riding nearby. Your registration includes continental breakfast, .lunch and an afternoon snack.
