We will meet in the Ontario Convention Center which is adjacent to the Ontario Airport. This is a modern facility with spacious conference rooms and banquet facilities.

The host hotels are the Doubletree and Hilton Hotels at the Ontario Airport. Both hotels offer shuttle services to the airport so there is no need to rent a car if you fly in for this event. The Doubletree is within walking distance of the Convention Center and the Hilton will offer a free 5-minute shuttle ride to the convention center.

Ontario is a fast growing community with many restaurant and entertainment options within a few miles of the Summit.

The first meeting will take place in the City of Brotherly Love. The Renaissance Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport has outstanding conference facilities and we have negotiated a discounted room rate ($135 per night) for our attendees.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport so you do not need to rent a car if you don't want to. A continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon break are included in the registration cost. A four-star property, the Renaissance is known for its delicious cuisine.

Downtown Philly is a 15 minute cab ride away.
