Maze craze

A maze of shelving and parts, and one very fast walker.

The design floor

Great tools start with great designs.

Standing the test of time

We use the latest in 3-D modeling programs along with years of experience to ensure our designs stand the test of time.

The Optical Comparator

This is our Optical Comparator. This tool lets us look at tools and parts up close. We can use it to measure, check for part consistency, thread pitch, grind angles, hold size and so on. Here our Head Engineer Pierre checks one side of our new Cable Cutter CN-10.

PRS-3 Single Arm Shop Stand

Each Shop Repair Stand is put together using only the best materials. Here, our lead Welder Brad (24 years at Park Tool) welds the lower support for a PRS-3 Single Arm Shop Stand.

Heavy investing

We're investing heavily in new machinery. Here are new Welding Robot welds the clamp rotating shafts for our Home Mechanic Stand PCS-1. A perfect weld every time!

Seems like an old fashion way to do it but...

We still hand-grind each one of our Spoke Wrenches for two reasons. First to make them look good, but second and most important is to check each wrench for proper braze adhesion and wrench sizing. Our wrenches have been a staple of the industry worldwide for nearly 40 years. The process above is one reason why we sell so many.

One stand at time

Mark is our TS-2 man. Nearly every Professional Truing Stand we build passes in front of him for final assembly, adjustment and inspection. We make thousands a year but just one at a time.

Perfectly parallel dropouts

We still believe in making sure each part fits just the way it was designed. These parts belong to our Frame and Fork Dropout Alignment Tool. The FFG-1 helps make sure the dropouts are parallel with each other as well as providing a perfect way to re-align.

Our newest clamp

Our newest clamp is the 100-3K is built to accommodate tubes of any shape up to 4 inches across. It also rotates to clamp from the top and bottom or from side to

Used by more teams than any other stand

Each PRS-5 Folding Race Stand is pressed together to ensure a tight, precise fit.
